ORDER
Heard Mr. C.Prakasam, learned counsel for the revision petitioner. 2.
This Revision Petition has been filed seeking early disposal of F.C.O.P.No. 94 of 2020 which is now pending on the file of Family Court at Erode.
3.
A report had been received from the learned Judge, Family
Court, Erode, dated 12.07.2021. It is seen that the revision petitioner had filed I.A.No. 3 of 2021 under Section 26 of the Hindu Marriage Act seeking visitation rights. The matter has been posted for filing of counter on 19.07.2021 (today).
4.
Mr. C.Prkasam, learned counsel for the revision petitioner stated that with respect to the said Interlocutory Application, the petitioner herein would lead evidence along with evidence in F.C.O.P.No. 94 of 2020, so that all the issues can be decided instead of the application under Section 26 of the Hindu Marriage Act being decided as an interim basis. 5.
Therefore whenever the trial commences in F.C.O.P.No. 94 of 2020, simultaneously along with I.A.No. 3 of 2021, from that date onwards, a period of three months time is granted to dispose of the said F.C.O.P.No. 94 of 2020 and also simultaneously I.A.No. 3 of 2021. 6.
With the above said observation, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
