Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the 3rd respondent and his officials, servants from in any manner interfering with the running of the petitioner's Bunk shop at No.21/2, MC Nichols Road, 3rd Avenue, opposite to No.14, Gee Gee Complex, Chetpet, Chennai-31, pending consideration of the petitioner's representation dated 12.05.2017 before the 4th respondent Town Vending Company.

[Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J.] After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to work out her remedy administratively including the remedy available under the Right to Information Act, 2005, and has also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect.
The Court heard the submissions of Mr.A.N.Thambidurai, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and
2 and Mr.A.Nagarajan, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 3 and 4.
In the light of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty sought for by the petitioner, is granted. No costs.
