This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records and quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.225 of 2022 on the file of the 1st respondent as far as the petitioner concerned.

2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that investigation in this case is completed and final report is filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Salem, and it is yet to be taken on file.

3.In the circumstances stated by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this Court is not inclined to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.225 of 2022 on the file of the 1st respondent.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed, giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if it is taken on file by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Salem. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
