Heard the learned counsels appearing on either side and perused the materials placed on record.

2. On a perusal of the grounds raised in the Review Petition, it is seen that the petitioner seeks to re-argue the entire matter. The grounds canvassed in the Writ Petition, has been canvassed once again in this Review Petition. Therefore, the Review Petition is not maintainable as the settled legal principle is that the Review Petition is not an appeal in disguise. Hence, the Review Petition is dismissed. No costs.
