(CRIME NO.164/2022) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Relax the condition in para No.6(c) imposed in Crl.OP.8100/2022 dated 13.04.2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S R.SANKARASUBBU, Advocate for the petitioner and of The Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.8100 of 2022 on 13.04.2022 that the petitioner shall stay at Villupuram and to appear before the Villupuram Town Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Addl. Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
