ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioners, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 27.07.2020 for the offences punishable under Section 341, 294(b), 336, 427, 392, 397, 506(ii) IPC. in Crime No.4953 of 2020, seek bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners have waylaid the defacto complainant while he was returning from his job and assaulted him and robbed a sum of Rs.1,000/- from him. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are history sheeters and rowdy elements. They have waylaid the defacto complainant, assaulted him and robbed a sum of Rs.1,000/-. He would further submit the petitioners have two previous cases and they are arrested very recently i.e. on 27.07.2020. Hence, he vehemently opposes for the grant of bail to the petitioners.

4.Taking into consideration of the fact that the petitioners were arrested very recently on 27.07.2020 and also considering the fact that they have two previous cases to their credit and they are history sheeters, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
