This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 22.04.2015 already pending before the respondent.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioner lodged a complaint dated 22.04.2015 with the respondent police and on the said complaint, the petition enquiry is pending.

4. Hence, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner and take action in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)]..
