By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

2.

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.07.2021 for correcting the extent in the patta issued in the name of the fourth respondent as 0.01 cents instead of 0.01.0 ares.

3.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4.

The grievance of the petitioner is that despite he filed revision before the first respondent for correcting the patta issued in the name of the fourth respondent, no orders have been passed. In this regard, the petitioner 2/4

has made representation before the respondents 1 to 3. However, the same has not been considered by the respondents 1 to 3. Hence, the present Writ Petition.
