ORDER
By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
2.The petitioner claims to have obtained necessary permission from the local authority, Department of Industries and Commerce, Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board, Commercial Taxes Department and other authorities to establish a crusher unit in the name of Sri MSE Blue Metal in S.F.No.35/3B, Sungaharampatty Village, Paramathi Velur https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Taluk, Namakkal District. It is the claim of the petitioner that in terms of Prime Minister's Employment Generation Programme (PMEGP), he is entitled to subsidy as he belongs to Other Backward Class community and the petitioner also submitted an application and the first respondent has directed the petitioner to appear for enquiry on 08.08.2014 along with all necessary documents and the petitioner also appeared and produced all the documents. The petitioner, for this financial year also, has submitted a similar application dated 10.07.2015 in Application No.115 and since he has not been favoured with any response, came forward to file this writ petition. 3.Heard the submissions of Mr.S.K.Bose, learned counsel, who accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent and Ms.P.Rajalakshmi, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice on behalf of the second respondent.
4.Though the petitioner prayed for a larger relief, this Court, in the light of the facts and circumstances, without going into the merits of the claim projected by the petitioner, directs the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's application dated 10.07.2015 in accordance with law, if the papers are otherwise in order and pass orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
