2. This Review Petition has been filed to review the order dated 13.03.2015 passed in W.P.No.23485 of 2014. The operative portion of the order reads as follows:- 5.Accordingly, the writ petition is allowed and the impugned notice is set aside and the matter is remanded to the second respondent to consider the application for grant of licence under the Petroleum Rules in accordance with law within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing the petitioner and the fifth respondent. No costs. The connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
3. The prayer in the Writ Petition is to issue a Writ of Certiorari to quash the summons dated 21.08.2014. Now this Review Petition has been filed stating that already an order was passed by the second
respondent on 28.03.2014, however, this was not subject matter of challenge before this Court. Therefore, the question of reviewing the order passed in the Writ Petition does not arise, as there is no error apparent on the face of the record.
4. Hence, the Review Petition is dismissed. However, this will not prevent the petitioner from working out her remedies in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
