RESPONDENT Prayer: The Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus Calling for the records on the file of the Respondent in connection with the Proceedings in Na.Ka.No. A2/681/CV/13 dated 31.03.2015 and quash the same and direct the Respondent to reinstate the Petitioner in service with all service, monetary and attendant benefits.
