No.514 of 2018 AND CMP.NO.2706 OF 2018 SAMPATH [ PETITIONER IN BOTH THE PETITIONS ] Vs GANESAN [ RESPONDENT IN BOTH THE PETITIONS] Petition under Article 227 of the constitution of India Act against the fair and decreetal order dated 22.1.2015 made in IA.790 of 2014 in O.S.216 of 2011 on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Tiruvannamalai IN CRP.PD. No.514 of 2018 AND; (II)To grant an order of interim stay of all further proceedings in OS.216 of 2011 on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Tiruvannamalai IN CMP.NO.2706 OF 2018 Respectively.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.KARTHIKEYAN, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed before this Court under the caption "For extension of time" along with the report sent by the learned Principal District Judge, Tiruvannamalai, in Dis.No.3824 of 2021 dated 15.06.2021.

It is seen from the records, while disposing the petition in C.R.P.(PD).No.514 of 2018, this Court by an order dated 11.01.2021, directed the trial Court to complete the trial proceedings in O.S.No.216 of 2011, within a period of five months. However, the learned Principal District Judge, Tiruvannamalai has sent communication dated 15.06.2021 in Dis.No.3824 of 2021, narrating the sequence of proceedings in O.S.No.216 of 2011 and sought further time to complete the trial in the said case.

Considering the above facts and circumstances of this case, this Court is inclined to grant six months time to complete the trial in O.S.No.216 of 2011 from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
