This application has been filed by the applicant to extend the period of arbitration between the applicant and respondent, which concluded on 20.04.2019 by period of six months.

2. When the application is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the applicant submitted that before Arbitration, proceedings are over and now, it is in the stage of arguments, hence he pleaded for extention of time for a period of six months.

3. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the applicant that proceedings before the arbitration is over and it is in the stage of arguments, this Court is inclined to extend time for a period of three months to conclude the proceedings before Arbitration.
