M/S.Twentieth Century Apco Leasing Private Limited v. Income Tax Officer

WMP.No.13109 of 2023 & WP.No.25593 of 2021 SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY,J By this petition, the Income Tax Department seeks extension of time to comclude the assessment on account of the necessity to transfer the same to the National Faceless Assessment Unit.

2. Mr.G.Baskar, learned counsel, appears on behalf of the respondent and has no serious objection.

Upon considering the averments in the affidavit, the time for concluding the proceedings is extended by a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
