This Original Petition had been listed under the caption ''For Being Mentioned'' at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

The learned counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent has been represented in this Original Petition only through a Power Agent and a vakalat has also been filed by the Power Agent and necessary powers are given to the Power Agent, who will also be entitled to execute a security bond as ordered by this Court. Since the order directs the respondent to execute the security bond as required, the Registry is not accepting the security bond executed by the Power Agent. Hence, he seeks clarification in this regard.

3. Considering the fact that the respondent is being represented by Power Agent in this Original Petition, the Power Agent of the respondent shall execute the security bond on behalf of the respondent. 07.10.2025 Sn K.KUMARESH BABU , J.
