O R D E R

This Review Petition has been filed by the District Collector to seeking for review the order and direction issued by this Court in W.P.No.25339 of 2014, dated 24.03.2015.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Review Petitioner submitted that the first respondent/writ petitioner was never in possession of the property and this Court has issued direction to dispossess the same by resorting to the procedure established by law and this according to the learned Special Government Pleader, acts as an impediment.

3. In my view the grounds raised by the Review Petitioner cannot be a ground for reviewing the order impugned. The impugned

order states that if the Writ Petitioner has to be dispossessed, then the respondents have to resort to the procedure established by law and thereafter only action can be taken. It is for the Review Petitioner to understand the scope of the direction issued by this Court and there is nothing to be clarified or reviewed. Furthermore, the petitioners have failed to pointed out any error apparent on the face of the record warranting exercise of review jurisdiction.

Accordingly, the Review Petition fails and the same is dismissed. No costs.
