This petition is filed under Section 378 Cr.P.C, to grant leave to prefer an appeal against the judgment dated 23.03.2022 made in C.C.No.239 of 2019 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court No (Magisterial level), Tiruvannamalai.

2. Heard Mr.N.Chandrasekar, learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. A perusal of the order, dated 23.03.2022 made in C.C.No.239 of 2019 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court No (Magisterial level), Tiruvannamalai shows that the complaint was dismissed for non prosecution.

4.In the circumstances, there are arguable points in the main appeal and therefore, leave is granted as prayed for.
