This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.882 of 2014 to any other agencies and to file a final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. It is seen that the Police have registered a case in Crime No.882 of 2014, for the offences under Sections 341, 302 I.P.C., and that investigation is in progress. It is the grievance of the petitioner that, one Swapna Devi is involved in the offence and she has to be made as an accused.

4. The respondent Police is directed to conduct the investigation dispassionately and during the course of investigation, if the involvement of said Swapna Devi comes to light, it is needless to say that she should be arrayed as an accused in the final report. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
