Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed on petitioner that he shall report before the respondent police on every day at 10.30 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.9263/2022 in order dated 22.04.2022. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.MOHAMED RIYAS, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.A.DAMODARAN, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.9263 of 2022 on 22.04.2022 to appear before the Investigating Officer twice daily at 10.30 a.m. and 05.00 p.m. until further orders.

2. The learned Addl. Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
