Respondent Prayer:- Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to permit the petitioner herein to go to Singapore and work there under his present employer as a Chef on condition that he pays the monthly rents for the house he has taken on lease at Mogappair, Chennai and pays the monthly living expenses for the respondent to live in the said house and also that he will make himself available before the trial Courts in the D.V. Case and the H.M.O.P. filed by him. For Petitioner : Ms.K.Santhakumari

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to permit the petitioner herein to go to Singapore and work there under his present employer as a Chef on condition that he pays the monthly rents for the house he has taken on lease at Mogappair, Chennai and pays the monthly living expenses for the respondent to live in the said house and also that he will make himself available before the trial Courts in the D.V. Case and the H.M.O.P. filed by him.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court cannot grant the relief as such sought for by the petitioner. 3.However, the petitioner is at liberty to file an appropriate application before the trial Court.
