ORDER
This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the first and third respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.10.2010.
2. Learned counsel Mr.V.Suthakar takes notice for respondents.
3. Since the petitioner's mother - Jayalakshmi while working as sweeper in the office of the Syndicate Bank, Salem Town unfortunately died on 13.5.2010 leaving behind the petitioner, his father and his younger brother as legal heirs, an application dated 22.10.2010 was https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
submitted by the petitioner to the 3rd respondent seeking appointment on compassionate ground. As no response has been forthcoming from the respondents, the present writ petition has been filed.
4. In this background, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the 2nd and 3rd respondents to forward the petitioner's representation dated 22.10.2010 to the 1st respondent with suitable recommendations. On receipt of the said representation from the 2nd and 3rd respondents, the 1st respondent shall consider the same and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
