ORDER

1.

By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal and is disposed of by this order.

Mr.P.Subramanian, learned Standing counsel accepts notice on behalf of respondents 1 and 3.

The petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking for a mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 12.03.2021 within a time frame.

This Court heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and also perused the materials placed before it.

This Court, considering the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioner and without going into the merits of the same and without prejudice to the contentions of either parties, directs the 1st respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 12.03.2021 on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner herein.

The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
