ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.02.2023 to provide any agricultural land in Kizhpenathur Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District on the priority category of Ex-Service man, by vide the recommendation of the 2nd respondent to the 3rd respondent in O.Mu.No. A1/10717/2022 dated 04.01.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate submitted that now assignment is not granted to anyone and the petitioner cannot seek an assignment.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that let there shall be a direction to the third respondent to consider the representation within a reasonable time fixed by this Court.

4. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

5. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.02.2023 and pass appropriate orders on its own merits and in accordance with law. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

7. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
