This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to register the complaint dated 08.09.2015 given by the petitioner and take suitable action against the anti-social elements and rowdies.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. On a reading of the complaint dated 08.09.2015, it is seen that the petitioner has alleged that, some anti-social elements are causing disturbance to the residents in that area. Since the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

complaint does not disclose commission of cognizable offence, no direction as prayed for can be issued to the Police. However, the respondent Police is directed to put police beat and patrol around the area to ensure that no untoward incident takes place. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
