learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruvallur order dated 20.07.2020 made in OLBP No.1292/2020 " On depositing a sum of Rs.40,000/- before the said Judicial Magistrate to the credit of Crime No.4098 of 2020 of Sholavaram Police Station".

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail on condition that he shall deposit a sum of Rs.40,000/- to the credit of Crime No.4098 of 2020 in the file of the respondent Police. He further submitted that due to poverty, the petitioner is unable to deposit the said amount. Hence he filed the present petition.

3. Heard both sides.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the condition imposed by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruvallur in OLBP No.1292/2020 dated 20.07.2020 is modified to the effect that petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand only) instead of Rs.40,000/- (Rupess forty thousand only) to the credit of Crime No.4098 of 2020 of Sholavaram Police Station. The remaining conditions imposed by the lower Court, if any, remains unaltered.
