These applications are filed seeking modification in the visitation rights granted to the applicant / petitioner pending disposal of the Original Petition.

2.The grievance of the applicant / petitioner is that though this Court in the order dated 28.04.2023 in the above applications permitted the applicant / petitioner to interact with the child through video-conferencing (Skype) between 07.00 and 07.30 p.m. on every Wednesday and Saturday, there is some distraction during that time by the family members of the respondent, including the respondent, for the child to have proper interaction with the applicant / father.

3.Considering the fact that the father is residing in abroad and the child is residing in Chennai, the interim order granted by this Court on 28.04.2023 permitting the applicant / petitioner, father of the child, to interact with the child on every Wednesday and Saturday between 07.00 and 07.30 pm., shall continue until further orders.

TK 4.It is made clear that during such period, there shall not be any disturbance by either of the respondent or the family members of the respondent distracting the child from communicating with the father. It is also made clear that such interaction can also be made by way of other modes voice message and other technologies viz., whatever technology is available and this order shall continue until further orders. 5.With the above observation and direction, all the applications are closed.

6.Post the matter before the master for recording evidence on 07.11.2023.
