2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

enjoyed by both. The complaint does not even disclose the dates and other particulars. Hence, no direction can be issued to the Police to register an F.I.R., With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
