ORDER

By consent of learned counsel on both sides, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The present writ petition is filed praying for a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to demark the schedule mentioned property of the petitioner as per the Survey No:245/1A1B vide Patta No:2133 in accordance with law.

3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that earlier a writ petition was filed in W.P.No.9532 of 2019, with a similar prayer and this Court was pleased to dispose of the same directing the 2nd respondent therein viz., the Tahsildar to consider the representation dated 12.12.2018, in accordance with law.

4. However, the learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the petitioner have not paid appropriate fees to demark the schedule property and therefore the present writ petition in the absence thereof is premature.

5. In view there of the writ petition stands dismissed. Although liberty is granted to the petitioner to file an application along with appropriate fees requesting for a survey. No costs.
