ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner alleges encroachment by respondent No.9 in Dry S.No.126/16A, measuring east west 36 feet, north south 14 feet, total extent of 504 square feet at Vengatapuram village, Velancheri Panchayat, Tiruttani Taluk, Tiruvallur District.

2. It appears that the Personal Assistant to the District Collector, Tiruvallur vide letter dated 25.7.2014 had asked the Tahsildar,Tiruttani/respondent No.6 to look into the matter and take action in accordance with law. But nothing is stated to have transpired till now.

3. In view of the aforesaid position, respondent Nos.4 and 6 being the Block Development Officer, Tiruttani and the Tahsildar, Tiruttani Taluk respectively, are directed to get the site inspected within fifteen days of the receipt of the copy of this order and if any encroachment found, action in accordance with law be taken, after notice to all concerned and concluded within a period of three months thereafter.
