ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order dated 15.12.2023 passed in W.P.No.17798 of 2012. This Court, having taken note of the non-compliance of the order by the respondent, issued statutory notice on 04.06.2025. Accordingly, the matter was listed on 02.07.2025 and the respondent/contemnor appeared before this Court and the same was adjourned to today requiring the respondent/contemnor to file counter affidavit.

Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, it is brought to the notice of this Court by learned counsel on either side that the respondent have already issued proceedings Na.Ka.No.1043/A2(A3)/2024 dated 08.07.2025. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that consequential amounts that are payable to the petitioner are yet to be paid. 3.

The learned Government Advocate submitted that all the amounts that are due and payable in terms of the proceedings Na.Ka.No.1043/A2(A3)/2024 dated 08.07.2025 will be paid to the petitioner within a period of two weeks. The respondent/contemnor who is present before this Court also confirmed the same.

In view of the same, the respondent is directed to release the amounts due in the proceedings dated 08.07.2025 on or before 30.07.2025. Subject to above, the contempt petition is closed. 09.07.2025 dpa Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No 2/3
