ORDER

The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the third respondent to register an FIR on the basis of his complaint.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that based on the complaint of the petitioner, an FIR has been registered in FIR No.05/AC/2023 on 12.6.2023 and produced a copy of the FIR.

3. Recording the said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
