This petition is filed to condone the delay of 36 days in preferring the appeal.

Heard Mr.S.Bala Subramaniam, learned counsel for the petitioner.

Despite notice having been served and the counsel entered appearance, none appears for the respondent.

Since the delay is only 36 days and having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 36 days in preferring the appeal is condoned.

Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
