The present application has been filed to recall the warrant issued against the petitioner on 02.03.2026 in C.C.No.1353 of 2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate [Crl.side] strongly opposed this petition, contending that the petitioner is likely to deliberately delay the trial proceedings.

3. In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, particularly in a case where a warrant has already been issued by the Court.
