ORDER

This petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No.425 of 2022 dated 17.11.2022 against the petitioner/A2 pending on the file of the respondent police and quash the same.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the investigation is conducted by the 1st respondent in a case and counter in Crime No.424 of 2022 and Crime No.425 of 2022 and that the investigation is complete and the final report is ready to be filed before the concerned jurisdictional Court.

3.In the result, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed and the respondent Police is directed to proceed further with the investigation in accordance with law and complete the investigation and file a final report or a closure report, as the case may be in Crime No.424 of 2022 and Crime No.425 of 2022, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
