Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.572 of 2018 in CA No.35 of 2018 dated 25.06.2018 that the petitioner shall report before the Judicial Magistrate (Additional Fast Track Court) Salem twice a week on the first and last working day at 10.30 am.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.DEVARAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mrs.V.SARATHA DEVI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Seeking to relax the condition already imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No. 572 of 2018 in Crl.A.No.35 of 2018, the petitioner is before this Court with this miscellaneous petition. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and hence, the conditions may be relaxed.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the earlier conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.11842 of 2018 in Crl.A.No. 35 of 2018 dated 25.06.2018.

4. In view of the above, the condition already imposed on the petitioner by this Court is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Judicial Magistrate (Additional Fast Track Court), Salem once in a month i.e. first working day at 10.30 a.m. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

until further orders. This miscellaneous petition is ordered accordingly.
