The Inspector of Police, E6, Tiruporur Police Station, Kancheepuram District to give police protection to the petitioner herein and his family members at the time of construction of a building in his property at the cost of the petitioner herein, as he apprehends danger to their lives at the hands of the above said persons.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to give police protection to the petitioner herein and his family members at the time of construction of a building in his property at the cost of the petitioner herein, based on the complaint dated 29.04.2015.

respondents submitted that nothing survives for adjudication in this matter, at this length of time.
