(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We are informed that there is no Waqf Board. The Waqf Board is due to be constituted within a month. A full time Chief Executive Officer can be appointed from a panel of two names suggested by the Waqf Board. Since Waqf Board https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

is likely to be constituted within one month, the writ petition is premature. The writ petition may be withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh writ petition after two months if no full time Chief Executive Officer is appointed in the meanwhile.
