When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the complaint of the petitioner dated 07.06.2021 was enquired in CSR.No.46 of 2011 and the case has been closed on 30.11.2021.

2.At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the closure report has not been served on the petitioner.

3.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent to furnish copy of the closure report to the petitioner within a period of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the closure report before the jurisdictional Court.
