ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 and 376 (2)(n) of I.P.C, in Crime No. 24 of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner on the pretext of marriage, had sexual intercourse with the defacto complainant. He has also received a sum of Rs.17,25,000/- from the defacto complainant to purchase a car. Thereafter, he failed to purchase any car and also left the defacto complainant in lurch without getting marriage with her.

3. Therefore, the petitioner has committed serious offence as against the victim. In fact, earlier anticipatory bail petition was dismissed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.3320 of 2022 by order dated 28.02.2022. Further, this Court finds no change of circumstances in this case and this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
