This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register an F.I.R., based on the complaint 14.08.2015 in CSR.No.323 of 2015.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.323 of 2015 before the respondent Police.
4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry expeditiously and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v.
