This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to take further action on the complaint given by the petitioner on 16.08.2022 and take action against the rival parties.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that an enquiry was conducted in C.P.No.80 of 2022 and it was closed on 12.04.2023.

3. In view of the above development, no further orders can be passed in this Writ Petition except giving liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate application before the concerned Magistrate Court under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C., and work out his remedy.
