The above Petition is filed to withdraw the FCOP No.55 of 2024 pending on the file of the Honble Family Court at Erode and to transfer the same and try along with HMOP No.125/2024 on the file of the Honble 1/3

Family Court at Chengalpattu.

2. This Court on 12.07.2024 had passed the following order:- "7. In the event of failure of mediation, the case in F.C.O.P.No.55 of 2024 pending on the file of the Family Court, Erode, shall be withdrawn and transferred to the Family Court, Chengalpattu, to be tried along with H.M.O.P.No.125 of 2024, which is already pending before it. The learned Judge, Family Court, Chengalpattu, is directed to complete the proceedings within a period of six (6) from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. "

3. In the light of the above and considering the fact that mediation has failed, no further orders are required to be passed in the case. Therefore, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands closed. No costs.
