Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 20.01.2020 to grant patta for the petitioner's enjoyment of the land situated in Survey No.510, bearing Door No.9/7, Murugan Koil Street, Poottai Village, Sankarapuram Taluk, Kallakurichi District to an extent of 5 cents.

O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 20.01.2020, wherein the petitioner has sought for grant of patta for the subject property.

2. Mr.Aruldoss, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the representation made by the petitioner has been taken on file by the third respondent and the third respondent has fixed the date of enquiry as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

15.09.2020. The learned counsel submitted that the petitioner can be present before the third respondent on the date of enquiry along with all the necessary documents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to conduct the enquiry and pass orders strictly in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
