The petitioners have subsequently filed Crl.M.P.No.1 of 2015 in Crl.O.P.No.10386 of 2015 for relaxation and it was ordered that " the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police once in fifteen
(15) i.e. 1st and 15th day of every month at 10.00 a.m., until further orders."

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police once in fifteen
(15) i.e. 1st and 15th day of every month at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners are regularly appearing before the respondent police once in 15 days from 20.05.2020 as ordered by this Court.
4. Considering the above submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners are modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police only as and when required for interrogation.
