The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner states that, against the order of punishment of stoppage of increment, the petitioner preferred an appeal to the 1st respondent. The said appeal preferred by the 1st respondent on 18.10.2017 is yet to be considered.

2.Thus, without going into the merits of the matter, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the appeal filed by the writ https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner on 18.10.2017 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petitioner is directed to enclose the copy of the appeal and all other relevant orders along with the orders passed in the writ petition. 3.With this direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
