This revision arises against the order of learned District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore, passed in Crl.M.P.No.2795 of 2016 in Crl.M.P.No.4544 of 2016 on 08.11.2016.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Advocate [Crl.side] for first respondent.

3. Second respondent is arrayed as an accused in Crime No.49 of 2016 on the file of first respondent. Second respondent moved Crl.M.P.No.4544 of 2016 on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate III, Coimbatore. Under order dated 07.10.2016, in granting bail to second respondent, learned Judicial Magistrate has imposed an onerous condition requiring the second respondent to deposit a sum of Rs.62,32,754/-. By the order under challenge, such onerous condition stands deleted.

Finding no error in the order under challenge, the Criminal Revision Petition is dismissed. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 30.11.2016 Index: Yes/No Internet: Yes gm
