This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition in para no.4(c) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at Page No.1 of 4

6.30 p.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.31423 of 2024 dated 17.12.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.4(c) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.31423 of 2024 dated 17.12.2024 is relaxed.
