For Petitioner : Mr. S.C.Vishwanth For Respondents : Mr. C.Kathiravan Government Advocate O R D E R This writ petition is filed for issuing a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 & 2 to appoint the petitioner in any of the post on compassionate ground based on the representation of the petitioner dated 31.11.2017.

2. Though this petition is filed to direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner in any of the post on compassionate ground, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the petitioner will be satisfied if a direction is issued to the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 13.11.2017.

3. Having regard to the limited scope of prayer that is now sought before this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner's representation, this Court directs respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.11.2017, and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
