2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

dated 04.02.2016, petition enquiry was conducted and closed as 'civil in nature' on 29.07.2016. A copy of the Closure Report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner, across the bar.
