Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the 3rd respondent passed in his proceedings Se.Mu.Na.Ka. A2/69/CV/2011 dated 22.06.2011 as confirmed by the 2nd respondent in Se.Mu. No.862/2011/E dated 26.09.2011 as confirmed by the order of the 1st respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.9958/R1/2011 dated 15.11.2012 and to quash the same and direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in service with continuity of service, back wages and other attendant benefits within a time limit as fixed by this Court.
